ARRIVAL, CHECK-IN & WHAT'S INCLUDED
When you arrive you will see a table before the ticketing entrance where you will need to stop and check-in. All days the tournament game times will be from 8:30am to 3:00pm (Time is subject to change depending on the number of teams.) The tournament is time sensitive, so games will be constant and participants will need to be on time, stretched and ready to play their next games. There will be a 2 minute warm up in between game.
An hour break will occur from 12:00-1:00pm, near the grandstands with guest speakers, shooting and skills competitions, prizes and more.
Tentative Check-in times: Check in for the first wave of teams will be at 8:00am. Second wave will be at 10:00am. Captains or Coaches will receive set check-in times the week of the tournament, due to last minute registrations.
Coaches or team captains will receive the following:
4 shirts for team members
4 admission tickets
Information packet/sponsor promos
Location of courts are below the Grand Stands. You will be given directions at check-in, and can find a map at the ticketing booth.

Please also keep in mind, there is a fee if you plan on parking at the Fairgrounds.
Youth teams (3rd-8th grade): $120
High School (9th-12th): $130
Adult Rec and Elite: $130
The Evergreen State Fairgrounds entrance fee: $12 (pre-sale tickets are $9).
FOR THOSE SPECTATING ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 24th: 3 cans of food gets you into the fairgrounds for free (until 3pm).
FOR THOSE SPECTATING ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 25th: Participate with the fairgrounds on Blue Friday and receive $2 off admission wearing Seahawk attire.
Men's Open A (Played high school basketball, still got it)
Men's Open B (Enjoy playing, basic experience)
Men's 40 & Over (Climbing the age ladder, still can go buckets)
6' and under ( Don't want any trees in their way)
Women's Elite (Upper high school, college experience)
Women's Open (Played in school, been a few years but still can beat my husband)
Co-Ed Open (Enjoy playing, basic experience)
We're excited to see the awesome team names you come up with! Huddle up with your team members and try your best to come up with the best name for the tournament! Keep team names short, sweet and creative. First come first serve! Any inappropriate entries will be rejected and replaced with the team captain's last name.
