NEW LOCATION!!!
We are excited to announce that in addition to our partnership with the Evergreen State Fairgrounds, we will also be joining hands and will be hosting this year's Fairfest 3on3 Tournament just outside the fairgrounds at Galaxy Monroe 12 Theatre in Monroe!
This means that not only will our participants receive fair tickets that they can use anytime, but they will also be receiving movie theatre tickets as well!
On Saturday, 12:00pm-1:00pm, join us for fun competitions and prizes outside, as well as a guest speaker in the movie theatre auditorium. We're excited to see you there!

ARRIVAL, CHECK-IN & WHAT'S INCLUDED
When you arrive you will see a table where you will need to stop and check-in.
The tournament is time sensitive, so games will be constant and participants will need to be on time, stretched and ready to play their next games. There will be a 2 minute warm up in between game.
An hour break will occur from 12:00-1:00pm shooting and skills competitions, prizes and more!
Time is subject to change depending on the number of teams.

Captains or Coaches will receive set check-in times the week of the tournament, due to last minute registrations.
Coaches or team captains will receive the following:

TEAM NAME
We're excited to see the awesome team names you come up with! Huddle up with your team members and try your best to come up with the best name for the tournament! Keep team names short, sweet and creative. First come first serve! Any inappropriate entries will be rejected and replaced with the team captain's last name.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
GENERAL
TEAM CAPTAINS
- 3 game guarantee
- Teams consist of 3 or 4 players
- Games will be 20 minutes in length, or 25pts. win by 2 (2's & 3's)
- Division champions will receive champion t-shirts.
- If youth or adult division don't have enough teams to fill a bracket, we may need to combine divisions.
- No roster changes allowed after tournament begins.
- Youth teams must play in the division of grade of the oldest player.
- In the unlikely event that the tournament is canceled due to air quality, extreme weather or other, all payments are non-refundable and will go towards future sports, outreach and free community events.
TEAM CAPTAINS
- Team captains are the official team representative for the pre-event and tournament weekend communication. They are also the sole person with authority to cancel a team entry and make player changes.
- There is a $20 charge on all returned checks.
- Tournament confirmation will be by phone, email or posting on website.
